Parent Communications
The University endeavors to keep parents informed about what's
happening on campus. All parents of incoming freshmen and transfer
students receive the Parent Newsletter,
published June, September, January, and March. Past issues can
be found in the newsletter archive.
Parents may also sign up for e-mail updates
to receive periodic special announcements. E-mail messages can also
be read online, see below.
The Parents Blog is a place for you to share both your questions
and your expertise as a parent of an undergraduate student. If you
would like to ask a question for other parents to respond to or suggest
a new topic for the blog, e-mail pblog@umn.edu.
Occasionally, other communications are sent to the University community.
When those communications may be of interest to parents, they are
posted on this Web site under University communications.
