E-bills/UM Pay

The University uses an electronic billing and payment system. Students have the option of paying their bill online electronically by transferring funds from a checking or savings account. They can also allow authorized users, such as parents, to view and pay tuition bills on their behalf. Students can authorize a parent or other party to view and pay their bill by assigning a log-in name and password for each payer. When the payer accesses the e-bill/e-pay system, he or she can change the password if desired. As authorized payers, parents can transfer funds from their checking or savings account to the student account or charge a payment to their MasterCard, DISCOVER, or American Express credit card.

Payments can be made by mail as well. Students can forward bills to parents in an e-mail attachment, or they can print off the bills and provide a printed copy to their parents.

For more information on e-bills and e-payments, see the following Web site: http://onestop.umn.edu/onestop/Tuition_Billing/UM_Pay.html.
