New center for health careers
From the Winter 2003 Parent Newsletter

Current and prospective undergraduates interested in careers in the health professions have a new resource this year—the Health Careers Center. The center is a collaboration between the University's Academic Health Center (AHC) and campus and undergraduate advising offices.

The focus of the new office is to help students explore and access information about traditional and emerging health professions through group-based classes, workshops, and Web information. Individual consultations and outreach to adult students will be available in the future on a limited basis.

For more information, see the Health Careers Center Web site at <www.healthcareers.umn.edu> or call 612-624-6767.
